We are committed to providing a safe workplace for our employees and coworkers. To this end we have instituted rigorous and comprehensive safety practices that are documented in our Safety Operations Manual.
Education
Education is the first step in our program. Each of our Project Managers and Superintendents are educated and tested to verify their understanding of our safety policies. Our Superintendents receive CPR and First Aid response certification through AHA and must be OSHA 10-HR or 30-HR certified.
Awareness
Our job site supervisors conduct a safety meeting with each subcontractor when they start work to establish our expectations and standards for safety. Supervisors subsequently host weekly “Tool Box Talks” on site, to ensure that our subcontractors stay focused on the dangers associated with their work and to discuss and resolve any identified safety concerns.
Cleanliness
We recognize that maintaining a clean and safe job site environment saves lives and always promotes a higher degree of quality. We make this a central focus of job site operations. Our Superintendents reinforce safety awareness by reminding workers of unsafe practices or conditions and halting and correcting any unsafe activities.
Our Safety Operations Manual is proprietary, but can be provided upon request in Print or PDF.
